Based on our consistent patronage over the past three years, and considering the fact that our children are among the cutest you have seen, would you consider a discount on your services?  We are loyal customers and I do not doubt that we will return in the future as it seems the Mergenthaler Family just cannot make it through one week without visiting your facilities.

Oh Bonni! How does it happen that you are the family that gets all the broken bones? Shouldn't it be spread out more amongst our families? Of course, I'm not complaining at our lack of broken bones, just wondering why you guys have had to deal with so many. I think you should definitely get some sort of discount.
