I have a random collection of stories and pictures that don't fit into any particular category. When I hear something cute, I write it down. When I see something cute, I take a picture (if I have a camera handy).
Some of the stories are almost a year old, but the pictures are from within the last couple months. Enjoy the collage . . .
Andrew says, "Sean needs a friend. I will go and give him one." He marches over to Sean and says, "Hi Sean. I'm your friend."
Emily asks, "How old were you when you got a cell phone?"
Ricky can't stand to have a loose tooth. If a tooth is just a tiny bit wiggly, he pulls it out by the next day. As a result, his smile resembles a Jack-O-Lantern.
In the spring, Andrew helped me plant our garden. He was especially excited about the potatoes since this was the first year I tried them. He told anybody who would listen that we had planted twice-baked potatoes in our garden.
When the kids were playing Hide and Seek and Andrew was It, he yelled out, "OK, give me a clue . . . just tell me where you are!"
Andrew was making something crafty one afternoon and I said, "You love to make things, don't you?" He matter-of-factly replied, "No, I just love to make them perfect. Really, really perfect. Perfecto!!"

Andrew loves listening to music, but sometimes he doesn't get the lyrics quite right. When he was listening to Shania Twain's "I Feel Like I Woman," I heard him singing, "I look like a woman." When he was singing along with "Love Potion Number 9," I heard him sing, "Love potion in my mind!"
Makayla and Andrew were playing together and she told him, "Use your imagination." He replied, "Oh good! I have lots of imaginations!"In the spring, Andrew helped me plant our garden. How many pictures do I have of Emily reading a book? Thousands in my head. More than a few in our archives. Many more to come, I'm sure.
