Hallo my dudes! This week was fun. Highlights:

--we teach Sunday school and primary om de wek and this week we taught the youth about marriage. They were SO uncomfortable. We asked them to list things they want in a future spouse. When we get to Giesle, she goes, "I'm sorry, but this is weird" with a straight serious face and refused to talk until the subject was broadened to how we can have strong families. It was good to remember the awkwardness of the teenage years with those goons.
--Zr. Noij gave us whole milk. Both me and Zuster Mac are lactose intolerant. Right afterwards, Aquiles took us out to ice cream. And then Vaquero made us eat 5 cups of fried rice and chicken. The pain was real, my friends.
--We met Gibi's girlfriend! She's so cute. They volunteer at the animal shelter together (can I get a "couple goals"). We told Gibi to get baptized he either needs to move out or get married and he goes, 'Well, we have been together 10 years". I think we will be planning a wedding shortly ;)
--We felt like we should randomly visit Ronny Friday morning after not seeing him for a month and the man was alive! And healthy! So he's back on baptismal date and came to church on Sunday. WOOT. And he got glasses so he could read the Book of Mormon! But they aren't a strong enough prescription, so we still have to read it to him in Papiamentu, but it's the thought that counts.
--I was a Spanish sister for two days! Might as well call me Hermana, because every time they would ask the investigator who should say the prayer, they would point at me evilly because they know I speak Dutch. And I would surprise them by saying my prayer in Spanish. Take that! But we had some AWESOME lessons. My favorite was with a man named Juan Franklin. He just kept talking about how much he loves the Book of Mormon and how much it's changed his life. It made me want to cherish the Book of Mormon more in my life.
--Aquiles shared a Book of Mormon with his neighbors and invited them to church! The conversation started by them asking him, "who are those young white girls that are over every night". Aquiles, being the stud he is, decided to dive right into the mission field without a badge. I'm so proud of him.
This week, my testimony of the Savior and his role in our trials has grown. I had a really good talk with one of the Hermanas who is struggling. Because of some things I've experienced on my mission, I was able to understand exactly what she was feeling. I didn't have any wise words, but I think crying about it together helped her feel Heavenly Father's love. I know we go through things for a reason. Sometimes it's to understand others around us!
I love all of you! I hope ya'll have a rockin' week. Remember to read in your Book of Mormon and Bible because, in the words of Gibi, "A chapter a day keeps the devil away." Wise man.

P.S I took great pics of all of our investigators this week, but only my comp's camera works, so sorry you only get a pic of me with Vaquero's death sentence amount of food.
